STATEMENT OF QUALITY

Since 1986, Universal Test Equipment (UTE) has been dedicated to manufacturing high-quality test fixtures at reasonable prices.

We are able to keep costs low and customer satisfaction high by manufacturing all test fixtures in-house.  This allows for the overseeing of quality control throughout the manufacturing process.  The end result is a high-quality product at a minimum cost.

Our number one goal is to keep the customer happy.  This includes providing products that meet the customer's specific needs on schedule.  To ensure that end, we work closely with our customers, keeping them abreast of the project during manufacturing.  In addition, we do everything in our power to meet prompt delivery deadlines.

Of course, our dedication to our customers does not stop after shipment is made.  Our sales and service staff is always ready to provide customer service and support should a problem arise or an additional need be discovered.
